Copenhagen 30/1 2021. 44 cl can from Kihoskh, Søndre Boulevard, Kbh. V. Yellow can with a guy doing a Freddie Mercury with a beer in one hand and the characteristic black Mikkeller hat.
Pours opaque, hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as 2 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet fermented odor of exotic fruit with a healthy scent of alcohol and more subtle citric notes. Peach, mango and some wild tart berries. Citrus and lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, smooth, soft, oily texture with a light tingling.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a light citric undertone. Finish is semi-dry and boozy. Light burn.
More bitter than sweet. Just like opera.

Nice hazy
The rye definitely comes through as well as the cascade, simcoe, and mosaic hops.
