Copenhagen 17/6 2022. 75 cl corked bottle from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. As "Baghaven Pántáo 2021". Mikkeller Baghavens usual design with a drawing of the the little brewery. This time in light green and red.
Pours hazy opaque, golden yellow with a small, very bubbly white head. Settles as flimsy remnants of foam unable of covering much of anything. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with sweet odor of stone fruit with a sour, wild scent lurking right behind it, Sweet peach and apricot. Sour grapes and gooseberries. Hints of vinegar.
Fairly strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft yet lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a rather strong sweetness followed and balanced by a strong tart sourness. A bit searing. Aftertaste is sour with a fruity sweet undertone. Lingering. Finish is bone-dry.
Intense and searing rendez vous bewtween sweet peaches and tart, sour berries.

Hazy amber color. Small, minor head which leaves no lacing.
Tart orange aroma. The wild yeast is evident along with the Bret bacteria.
This beer is more sour than most wild ales but not in an extreme way. Still the finish and aftertaste are lip-puckeringly tart. The body is neutral but the carbonation is low. There’s a bit of SweetTart to the entire experience. It reminds me of a sour Children’s Aspirin.
