Pours a fairly clear golden yellow with massive, foamy head.
Smell is tart and oaky with notes of citrus, peach, funk and apricot with a hint of apples.
Taste is sour with good acidiyu and a solid, grapefruity bitterness. Notes of citrus, oak, funk, apricot and peach. Balanced, but complex.
Mouthfeel is medium with frothy carbonation.
Overall, a terrific sour, refreashing but deep.
