On draft at Mikkeller in Little Italy, San Diego. Unique aroma off the bat. Opaque light gold with somewhat lasting head. Real nice taste
I've never had calamansi tea per se, but I'd go out on a limb and say they nailed it. I have a little bit of reservations since I never tried the fruit, so it's difficult to tell where the calamansi ends and the Earl Grey begins. But either way, it's a unique aroma that is intoxicating itself. Slightly sweet with the addition of the honey which comes with its own added flavor profile. Tart finish, as is the case with any gose.
