Copenhagen 22/10 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Another feature in Mikkeller's attempt to repeat Lego's succes with Star Wars, Harry Potter and Jurassic World. I am not convinced that it actually works with beer. Happy golden dragon hatching from a egg on the can.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent, flimsy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty ends fruity odor mingling with citric fumes. Whiff of fermentation. Peach and caramel. Hints of toffee. Lemon and grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
A little bit generic but with a nice fermented touch.
