Copenhagen 25/3 2023. 33 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Old school light blue beer can with a Keith Shore touch.
Pours unclear yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, flimsy, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with citrus and a floral touch. Sweet pale malts, grass, green apples and citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Decent Pilsner with a delicate citric touch.

Small pour at the CPH airport bar. Looks good for a Pils. Hoppier than most with a good malt bill. Sweet and full bodied yet bright and clean/crisp. A well balanced Pils. Has traditional elements of the style with a craft flair.

Really do need it ice cold. Pours light gold and hazy. Medium head bit you don't feel much carbonation in the mouth. Hoppy taste with light pepper and coriander notes. Decent enough, mine probably wasn't cold enough to be fair.

Mild haze to the pale golden color. Minor head but it leaves some wide streaks.
Malted pale malt aroma with a bit of raw grain. Not much hop for the nose.
The taste is more biting with a black pepper spice from the hop. Very dry finish leading, with the bittering hop, to a long aftertaste. Decent body with a higher carbonation.
