lantern corps beer summit 2010 - day 2, oct 9/2010. zack contributed this one. thanks zack!
375ml corked and caged bottle.
pours hazy red with a thin ring of fine pink head. the head drops fast and leaves only a few spots of lace.
aroma is good. much like the mikkeller framboos but with more lemony sourness. herbal and earthy. bit of cider vinegar. light alcohol. white bread and cracker. big berry character.
taste is good. resembles the aroma and the mikkeller framboos again, but with more sourness and acidity. cranberry. lemon and malt vinegar. leather and horse blanket. less sweetness. big berry character. light alcohol. white bread and cracker.
mouthfeel is good. just over medium body with a dry finish. just over medium carbonation level with a touch of sting.
drinkability is good. more sour and less balanced than the framboos, but decent overall.
