Draft at Gourmet Haus Staudt. Big Worst dry hopped with no boil hops.
Cloudy golden amber with a thin white cap. Scattered lacing clings to the glass. Smells like hops soaked in rubbing alcohol - this is hysterically boozy. There's a little candi sugar sweetness and ripe stonefruit underneath the booze. The palate is extremely sweet and boozy. Apricot-like esters and citrusy hops give the beer a little depth. No bitterness in the finish, but plenty of booze and sweetness. Not the best effort from Mikkeller.
