Copenhagen 15/4 2021. 33 cl can from Irma, Smedetoften, Kbh. NV. The usual Mikkeller-Irma design with Irma's poster girl and the little guy with the black hat hanging out one a tiled light green background.
Pours slightly unclear pale yellow with a small white head. Fairly stable. Settles as thin patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a slightly perfumed intro odor. Sweet pale malts, white sugar, orange, floral notes of roses. Fresh grass.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is sour and quite watery. Lingers shortly. Finish is semi-dry.
A bit thin in flavor but fresh and citric and spring-like.
