I had this beer on tap in a 400mL straight-sided glass at the Mikkeller bar in CPH airport.
Appearance: medium-light golden hue with a dash of haze and a finger of ivory foam, which leaves a nice lace on the glass.
Smell: light aroma that’s a little sweet, a little grainy, and somewhat hoppy.
Taste: quite hoppy, with kind of a classic earthy, herbal pale ale quality, but also a nice sweetness. Maybe a little bitter for my taste, but I think well within style guidelines. Pale ale fans will like this.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a pretty solid pale ale, and definitely in the classic vein.
