Copenhagen 2/2 2024. 75 cl bottle with a cork from Beershoppen web-shop. Baghavens usual label design in a woody version with a little Amarone stamp.
Pours unclear - almost opaque - golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet fruity odor soon overpowered by a strong tart vinous scent. Sweet grapes and a bit of passion fruit. Unripe, sour currants and sharp white wine.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and fizzy texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong, tart sourness. Aftertaste is sharp and sour, Lingers for a while. Finish is bone-dry.
Sharp and sour brew with a strong vinous touch.
