Copenhagen 28/8 2022. 33 cl bottle from Mikkeller web-shop. Little compact bottle with a purple, information heavy label and a little guy holding a beer bottle and a glass. Bought as part of their Save the Beer campaign so a little bit over Best Before date.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a strong scent of citrus fruit. Caramel and malts. Grapefruit citrus and lemon. Dry vibe.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, ily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium string sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Nice dry and fairly intense.
