Copenhagen 25/ 2 2022. 75 cl corked bottle from Mikkeller & Friends Bottle shop, Torvehallerne, Kbh. K. Light green version of Baghaven's usual design with the drawing of the brewing facility.
Pours unclear pale yellow with a small, bubbly white head. Disappears after a few seconds leaving a lively pot of urine behind. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a tart fruity odor mingling with a prominent funky scent. Unripe gooseberries, green grapes and currants. A bit of sweet strawberry. Sour cheese and sharp whiff of alcohol.
Medium strong carbonation Thin. oily, lively, tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a menu strong sweetness followed by a strong and sharp sourness. Aftertaste is sour and vinous in a dry and sour meaning of the word. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Sharp, vinous in the dry and austere meaning of the word.
