A - Served a brownish-red color with a finger of frothy tan-white head atop. The head fades down fairly slowly leaving behind some nice lacing.
S - Aroma is a mix of herbal and earthy pine elements with some sweet caramel malt and a touch of lemon zest.
T - Starts off with the herbal and earthy pine flavors from the nose alongside some sweet caramel malts. Through the middle, more rich malt comes through with some background fruit flavor. The finish is a mix of lingering sweet caramel malt with some pine and earthy flavors lingering alongside.
M - Medium bodied with a bit less than moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with some light bitterness.
D - Very drinkable. Really interesting and different flavors mixing in here, but I think it works very well and is well balanced.
