On-tap at Beachwood Brewing
Pours amber in color with a finger of white head. A rather strong green apple aroma to this one. A hint of spice and some bready malt. There is a little bit of acetone, too. The flavor has a strong character or bread and toffee, but also a lot of the same green apple that was there on the nose. A bit of a spruce/herbal note, too. This was not pleasant to drink.

Collab with Moonlight Brewing. On tap at Whole Foods.
Amber body with an off-white head. Leaves some nice lacing after falling to a scant cover.
Black tea aromas and yams. Sounds weird, but it works. Caramel and toasted nuts.
Tannic, tea leaf flavors. Herbal and spicy. Somewhat minty, most likely from the spruce tips. Full, nutty body. Smooth and crisp, with a lingering, woody bitterness
A very easy drinking, unique beer. The flavors work perfectly together. Would love to see this one stick around.
