A blend of 2-year-old stout aged in Sazerac rye barrels, 1-year-old stout aged in Heaven Hill barrels and fresh MCI base stout fermented with sweet and sour cherries. It’s all finished with a generous dose of cacao nibs from our friends Friis Holm ,plus Ugandan vanilla.
