Pours a pale orange-gold color. Moderately cloudy. Very small white head. Little to no lacing. Good mix of funk and sour notes. Also, a nice balance of lactic and acetic sourness. Light floral-berry note. Taste gets a bit yogurty. I still think this series should be a little lower abv but it's not a major complaint with this one. More elderflower flavor in the taste than aroma. Dry overall but the elderflower lends a sense of floral sweetness. Fairly light on the palate. Relatively low carbonation. Good entry in the Spontan series.
