A - Poured a an opaque, dark, dark brown color with a small, tan head of thick foam. It left sheets of lace on the glass.
S - Aroma is chocolate, toffee and some coffee. Overall, a nice roasty smell.
T - It tasted very roasty with coffee-like flavors and chocolate. It had a piney hop bitterness, too.
M - It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A medium bodied ale with a dry finish.
O - This is an interesting brew. They just threw all their leftovers into it.

Brewed with 15 malt and 4 hop varieties.
A - pours very black with an uber chocolaty one finger head on top of it.
S - smell consists of all sorts of malts with chocolate and caramel coming through the most. These are ballanced in the nose with some citrusy hops
T - taste starts off with sweet citrus flavors that give way to some cereal and chocolate malts. Ends with some sweet grapefruits on the finish. This was kind of all over the place in a good way to form a unique tasting, hoppy stout.
M - creamy full body
D - pretty decent stout. They "threw the kitchen sink in" to make this, using scraps of everything left in the malt room. I like the concept and enjoyed the beer. Worth a shot!
