Rich and flavorful for such a low alcohol brew. The color is just plain orange, with a modest head in the tall tulip. Spritzy and tangy on the tongue.
More substantial than expected. Juice any thirst quenching. A juicy fruit berry taste. Moderately sweet with the Belgian yeasty flavors drying out after some sipping. This is supposed to be brewed with Schaner Farms passion fruit and blackberries. The fruit is pleasant but not obtrusive.
Excellent quaff if you're in the mood for the light fruity buzz. On tap at Local Habit in San Diego.
