On-tap at Beachwood BBQ
A: The pour is dark amber in color with a finger of soapy off-white head.
S: Lots of toffee and caramel on the nose with plenty of toasted bread and dark chocolate. A little bit of dark fruits with some nice sweetness along with earthy and piney hops. Sort of a bland nose.
T: There is quite a lot of chocolate and toasted malts on the palate. Also, substantial bread, toffee, and molasses notes. Decent bitterness with a very perfumey hop profile. Notes of dark chocolate and cocoa powder all the way through.
M: Medium in body with a smooth carbonation.
O: A nice flavor to it, but not the greatest aroma to it.
