Endless Shoreline IPA captures the essence of sun-soaked days with a refreshing burst of earthy tangelo and bright Meyer lemon. The mid-palate reveals a tropical blend of sweet citrus, lush mango, and juicy papaya, transporting you to a beachside paradise. The finish is dry and crisp, leaving behind subtle hints of peppery lemongrass and a touch of slightly sticky resin. Just like the shoreline that stretches beyond the horizon, this IPA offers an experience that feels endless with every sip.

16oz can. Bottom stamp for dating is 'CANNED ON 12/11/24', about three weeks in the can.
Clear, pale gold colored body. Big pillowy white head upon pouring, and it takes several minutes for this to recede to islands and a high ring. Leaves behind wide bands of lacing.
Aroma is orange and lemon, along with toasted malts.
Taste is very expressive, with flavors of lemon, mango, papaya, orange, and pine. Metallic note at the end. Mellow aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel, with a slight bit of stickiness. Crisp finish however. Very good carbonation.
Has excellent clarity, on point body color, and toasted malts and fruity hops to fit the style of a old school West Coast IPA. Just a bit missing on aroma and bitterness.

Pours a golden straw with a two finger white head. Nose is pine, and some onion spiciness. Taste opens with a sharp blast of onion, papaya, and pine that fades into a smooth malt with a lingering smooth floral bitterness. Body is light to medium with medium carbonation. Ends long and dry with lingering cucumber and floral notes. Overall a very nice one. Glad I was able to grab this when it was canned 6 days ago. Pizza port here is always worth it.

Packaged on 10/16/2024 - enjoyed on 11/16/2024 - poured from a pint can into my Dogfish Head shaped pint glass.
Golden amber liquid, not quite clear, topped by a thick papaya whip fist. A mesa of stiff peaks erupts from the top and leaves behind tendrils of lace. Superior retention.
Gooseberry, star fruit, kiwi, and lime in the nose. Tropical and restrained.
Fruit forward on the palate with a second wave of berries and floral/woodsy hop notes merging with the crackery malt base. Long complex yet subtle finish. Medium-dry.
Zesty/hearty mouth-feel with rich carbonation and a hint of astringency. Gently warming yet refreshing.
Riwaka, Walmea, NZ Cascade, Crystal, and Columbus build a vivid and intricate web of flavors.

Pint at their Bressi Ranch location, first time here. Pretty sure this is their winter rotational IPA. This is seriously unique. Heavy on the pepper and lemon. Lemon pepper. Classic WC IPA but plenty of strong flavors not often found in the style. Super dank and skunky, some fresh cucumber, and obviously big pepper character but not in a bad way. Complements the heavy citrus flavors. And if it’s as NZ hop heavy as others have said, it’s also the perfect pairing. Great beer here.

California gold w/ a half finger of bone-white head. Aromas of sweet melon, peppercorn, pineapple, and subtle honey bread. Taste follows w/ additional layers of succulent hop oil, lemon, and mango. The feel is prickly, tongue-coating, and relentless. The peppercorn aspect, for me, really pushes this beer to profound levels. LARRRGE. Like Keith in Some Kind of Wonderful, the answer was right in front of you the entire time. Her name is Watts, sir.

Canned 10/16/24, consumed from a modified perfect pint glass with carbonation initiation grid on 11/4/24. Stunningly beautiful beer; absolutely crystal clear gold with relatively vigorous carbonation bubbles rising to form a 2-finger white, relatively dense head of outstandingly good duration. A fair amount of lacing. I agree with another reviewer with regard to taste of honeydew, some pineapple, some bitterness that is not at all severe. Smooth, borderline creamy, but with a clean finish. Mild to moderate carbonation in the mouth, despite the very lively carbonation in the glass.

Hops are Riwaka, Waimea, NZ Cascade, Crystal, and Columbus. As usual Pizza Port uses a lot of hops with restraint, and they have been doing great things with New Zealand hops. The flavors and aromatics come through clearly with a distinct but welcome bitter edge. There is a sweet malty start that brings out the fruit nicely. Flavors of honeydew melon, orange, and pineapple. Deliriously aromatic with more of the same plus mango. Peach flavors in there too.
This is one of my favorites in the Endless IPA series from PP. Went back for another six-back after I tasted one. Yes, six for the price of any other brewery's four. Dated 10/11/24 so it was not even a week old when I tasted the first one. From the 16 oz can purchased at their restaurant in San Clemente. Can says it’s brewed and canned in Carlsbad.
