When they have it on tap, its something to have multiple pours of. Looks good, almost an inch of beige head, equal parts brown/black color. Aroma was heavy on the dark chocolate. Roast less perceptible, any smoke or roasted nut component is lost on me in the aroma.
Taste, liquid heaven. Imparts a gripload of coconut to hold the hand of the chocolate. You start to imagine you can get a feel for the nuts (ahem) in the mouthfeel (ahem again).
Please put this in cans!

Anytime I roll into Pizza Port, there are two beers I hope are on tap: Deez Nuts and Pseudo IPA. Neither ever disappoint.
Pours dat mix of black and brown, the thickness is proper. Real proper like. 1/2" head, light beige on the top foam. Aroma hits you with that dark chocolate. Smoke, not so much. Chocolate tells that bitch malt to take a back seat.
Taste kicked ass, only took a few pulls on my first pint to realize it was going to be an all time favorite. Waves and waves of dark chocolate, ample coconut up in your grill. Take an almond joy, liquify, use it as a boilermaker in your favorite stout. Cool nutty aspect to it. Its like a pint of this cannot be had alone, you have to keep getting more and more in the same setting. Super awesome, seek it out.

On tap a Pizza Port Carlsbad a couple of times. More like a couple of pints, a couple of times, this beer is really like those Lay potatoes chips commercials, I seriously cannot have just one. . .
Pours out a sturdy black and brown liquid, good viscosity, 3/5" head, light beige in color.
Aroma was choclatey. Never picked up on the smoke angle (I didn't even notice the beer was called 'smokin' deez nuts, I thought it was just deez nuts). Roast is less noticeable than the chocolate.
Taste was amazing and only took a few sips to land itself as my all time favorite Pizza Port non hoppy offering. Decadent amounts of dark chocolate, tons of coconut flavor. This was like drinking an Almond Joy. Still didn't taste smoke. The coconut hangs heavy on the mouthfeel, its just wave after wave of chocolate and coconut. Mild nutty presence through the mouthfeel. I could drink this over and over again. One of my favorite beers of all time.
