Thanks Tommyguz for the hookup. Growler poured into a tumbler, the brew appears a light rose color with a white cap that fades leaving spotty lace.
Aroma is mildly fruity with some wheat-like grain essence, sulfur and slight mineral/carbonics.
Taste feels like a wheat based beer, lightly grassy and carbonic/mineral filled. Subtle fruitiness and green yeastiness with a hint of something almost like clove but that is a stretch.
This is light bodied and modestly carbonated. Its an alright brew that id gladly guzzel if I had the family in tow at an amusement park.
