3/12/06- On tap at the Sebastopol Brewery in Sebastopol, CA
Presentation- Via the tap into two sets of 4oz tasters.
Appearance- Medium golden color, 1/4 inch head, tad frothy looking. Very nice lacing.
Smell- Light hop bitterness with a touch of light malt. A sniffer as I really had to dive my nose in to get anything.
Taste- Biscuit malt with semi bitter tea like hop flavor. Not really grapefruit or pine, a tad atsringent.
Mouthfeel- Medium carbonation.
Drinkability- Just another ESB, not much to write home about.
