A light ale, brewed with orange peel.
This beer pours a clear pale golden colour, with one finger of soapy white head, which leaves a thin ring of lace in its wake. It smells of soft white grain, and mild bitter citrus. The taste is more mild barley grain, orange pith, and tame leafy, earthy hops. The carbonation is moderate, the body on the light side, and somewhat prickly, and it finishes dry, and crisply fruity.
For a summer ale, it's pretty one-sided with the orange flavour; it would work better as a simple fruit ale.
