Cask conditioned. Hand pulled. Clear amber. Thickish light tan head.
Light caramel and marmalade aroma.
Sweet malt upon tasting which is balanced by the citrus hop. Light bitter finish.
Gentle carbonation. Medium body.
Easy to drink ESB.

Had this gravity fed from the cask at The Royal Oak, Wantage. Recommended by a colleague who lives and works in the area. Unlike most other ales and bitters I was able to sample during my visit, this one didn't dissappoint. Perfect mild carbonation and feel,appropriately bitter up front, perfectly balanced finish. Wonderful all the way through the pint. I want to brew this one!
