Poured from a wax topped bomber into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Lightly clouded golden amber pour with scant fizzy head... poof it's gone and no lacing.
S: Nonspecific tartness/acidity and strong jammy strawberry. Lemon.
T.F: Tart bordering on sour with moderate acidity. The suggestion of strawberry sweetness... but not really sweet. Definite berry/fruit. Lemon and funk mingle with some wheat/grain. Well carbonated... tart strawberry at the finish.
O: An approachable sour. Delivers on the strawberry... not the best I've had but pretty well done.

A: The beer is very hazy dark yellow in color and has some light hues of amber. It poured with a minuscule head that quickly faded away, leaving only a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of strawberries are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has strong flavors of strawberries and only has a light amount of sourness.
M: It feels light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I can't say that I've had may strawberry beers, but this one really exemplifies the aromas and flavors of strawberries.

Bottle.
A: Funky, moderate strawberries, with moderate sourness, and a light barrel presence.
A: Light orange color, pretty hazy with a thin white head that quickly recedes to a thin film across the glass.
T: Bright, moderate funky jammy strawberries, tart but slightly sweet, very light wheat, with moderate sourness that lingers through the finish.
M:Medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation. The beer is sour, but not very acidic.
O: Delicious; I was pretty impressed by complex funky tart aroma and flavor. Strawberries are not easy to work with, but the beer has a pleasant, almost tart-candy taste without being overly acidic (like some lambics). Highly drinkable!
