This is a pint of Light Raspberry Ale from G.G. Brewers in Glenside, PA.
Appearance: The ale has a strange tinge to it, not quite amber, not quite raspberry, it is somewhere in between.
Smell: The ale has a definitive raspberry aroma that does not overwhelm and define the beer.
Taste: The ale has a light raspberry flavor that sits well amongst the malts of the ale. The fruit flavors are not cloying or dominating.
Mouthfeel: The ale sits well on the palate, although I am not a huge fan of raspberry in beer.
Drinkability: Based on personal preference, I probably would not have more than 2, but some may find the light flavors appealing.
