I believe this one may now be called Live and Let Live. This is basically the session IPA version of a krystalweizen, just too watery and thin to compare with the real thing, lacking the robust yeast notes and wheaty tang. I guess it'd work as a pool beer or something, but I'd sooner reach for a host of other low ABV options.

Very clear, honey colored with egg white head. Fine carbonation but not quite enough. Grassy aroma. Taste cloves initially giving way to malt and a bit hops with a sustained spicy finish
Felt crisp but not enough carbonation to smooth it out.

12oz brown bottle, sample from the brewery.
Good lacing, leaves quite the trail down the glass. Perfectly clear golden hue. Some banana taffy and mild powdered clove in the nose. Very crisp and the body is just light enough. Fruit and spicy with a dry breadiness throughout. Finish becomes very clean very quick. Good but it falls a little one dimensional in the end.

Pretty good interpretation of this style; mild and light, but light coriander, banana spice, and clove in the nose and taste. Great lacing, crystal clear pour. Thin and watery in the backend. Very good to drink on a hot summer day!

Very fruity with a fair amount of spice. I'd get plastered on this at a wedding any day! Didn't look like a wit but if I sampled blind I would have thought I had a Blanche de bruxells in front of me or something of that nature.

Clear yellow colored beer with a small white colored head.
Smells strongly of banana and clove. The smell is correct for a a Kristalweizen. Fainter powdery yeast aroma and slightly sweet malt.
Starts out mildly sweet and of mineral water and banana and cloves. Refreshing taste. They did the right thing and used a proper hefeweizen yeast. Notable hard water taste.
Mouthfeel is frankly watery, Damn Utah beer laws limit the brewer to a max 4% alcohol beer, so something had to give. In this case the body of the beer was sacrificed.
Overall a tasty and interesting beer despite the limitation Utah law has placed upon it. It is a light beer but a tasty one. Too bad US brewers refuse to use Hefeweizen yeast in their wheat beers. The yeast makes all the difference.

Enjoy By: 08/24/15
Pours a very nice clean/clear pale yellow color, very nice carbonation, with a nice fizzy white head, which does leave some sticky lacing behind. The nose is malty with a nice touch of hops, The tasty is very nice, very nice blend of malts/hops. Medium body, with a nice very slight bitter/dry finish. Overall, a very nice thirst quencher.
