Bottle: Poured a hazy bright yellow color ale with a large fizzy white head that dissipate quite quickly. Aroma of oak and Brett with light sour notes is enjoyable enough. Taste is a mix of sour notes with some oak and Brett notes with fizzy carbonation tingly the tongue. No acidity can be detected. Body is full with fizzy carbonation. Interesting but somewhat lacks complexity.
