Had on draft in snifter glass
A: Light golden color with good clarity and minimal head.
S: Minimal aroma initially, but opened up with a nice subtle and complex sweetness, including hints of floral notes.
T: Simple straight forward taste with sweetness, a hint of Belgian yeast and a mild bitter finish.
Overall: A decent saison, but nothing too distinguishing with this beer.

On-tap at Bar Hop.
Beer is a cloudy golden-orange colour, with a medium-sized white head that looks solid. Good retention and lacing.
A lot of spices jump out in the nose. Coriander, ginger and clove. Not a strong smell and hard to penetrate through the wall of spices.
Like the nose, the flavour is heavily spiced. Clove, ginger, coriander. Orange and some bubblegum. Comes across as a very spied wit more than a saison. A slightly dry finish.
Medium bodied, strongly carbonated. Chewy.
Overall, the spicing is too heavy for me, but otherwise pretty good.

On tap at The Only Café. Hazy yellow body and lacy. The yeast gives it a hefe spice banana character, Its fairly drinkable, its fine as a beer, but I have had some really good saison lately. Would like something more spicy or farmhouse, more interesting in the saison/farmhouse way.
