I had two 0.5l mugs of this on 22SEP11 at the Neder brewpub. Each set me back €1.80. Damn cheap, and served from a Holzfaß as well!
Served in a ceramic krug, I was able to discern that the bier was a clear, medium golden, honeyish color. A frothy, creamy, light tan head topped things off, and left decent lacework. The nose was quite mild, though I could pick up some toasty malt and floral hopping. Medium-bodied, this bier was quite smooth as it went down; yes, indeed!
Light sweetness first hits the palate, with a touch of toast and biscuit. A little nip of caramel and honey come through, finished off by some flowery hops. Goes down quite well; a lovely German session bier! Prosit!!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
