Red/Amber color with medium head retention. Smells of fruits like apples, grapes and pineapple, also caramel. The flavor is malty and on the sweet side without being annoying. Alcohol is well hidden. Overall, a nice beer.

BOTTLE:
6.5% ABV. "Imperial ale." "100% Malta."
Toffee. Amber malt/Vienna malt. Toast. Bread crust. Malty sweetness.
Bready and medium to full-bodied. Smooth. Wet. Sharply overcarbonated. Unrefreshing.
Overall, it's a forgettable yet not unpleasant beer that doesn't fit neatly into any specific style...call it a copper ale, I suppose. On the sweeter maltier side, tasting like a decent homebrewer's failed but tolerable attempt at an amber. I wouldn't buy it again, but I'll finish the 3 bottles I nabbed as part of their variety 12 pack with ease.

From Saveur-Biere. In Teku glass. After dinner. Very light body but full of pleasant toffee notes in both aroma and taste. More a brown ale than a red ale.

L- Clear amber/red body, frothy off-white head with medium retention. Heads dissolves completely.
S- Sweet sugar, strawberries, caramel malts, booze.
T- Honey, caramel malts, licorice, strawberry.
F- Watery, light.
O- Don't know if this bottle has something wrong. Didn't like it that much. Pass.
