This brew pours a dark brown color with a small head and almost no lacing; The aroma is of caramel and roasted malt. Taste is caramely and nutty; Mouthfeel is medium bodied with good carbonation; Drinkability is very good, easy drinking.

This is a great beer.

¡Salud!

I'm surely biased here. This is another ale from my local brewpub (www.smbc.com.mx).
OK, OK, OK. Granted, not everything they brew is outstanding, but in a beer wasteland as mine this is good beer.

Pours a dark brew, small head and almost no lacing.

Smell is malty, fruity and yeast (as with all SMBC beers this might be a trademark).

Taste is complex: Roasted malts, some chocolate and a bit of alcohol.

Mouthfeel is warm, full bodied and with a midly bitter finish.

I use to have this beer as often as I can find it. Especially in Autumn and Winter.

¡Salud!

A exceptional english strong ale made by mexicans, its availability are twice a month, second in my options in this micro, down of Fraile porter, appearance is over its sisters, smell, is like a roasted malts, its earthy color is fantastic, and its mouthfeel its like a real english ale.
