So far, this beer is the newest in SMBC and I tried this weekend.
La Huasteca pours a clear golden color, almost no head and some lacing; Smell is of hops and malty; Taste is sweet and malty; Mouthfeel is crisp; Medium body and good carbonation; Very drinkable.
¡Salud!

This is a new one for the only brewpub (with 5 branches) in my city.
It isn't even listed in their website.
Pours a beautiful golden yellow, with a small head and only a bit of lacing.
Smell is all malts and just a hint of hops.
Taste is well balanced. It's first impression on your palate is malty, bready and then the hops bring in a mild bitterness.
Mouthfeel is of a medium body beer, with nice dry finish.
Drinkability is high, but I feel this Helles would fit better in a warmer season.
