Chipinque pours a very nice dark amber color, good foamy head and very good lacing throughout the drink; Smell is very malty and spicy; Nice sweet caramel-malt taste; Mouthfeel is dry but I thin some sweet; Good carbonation; Drinkability is very good.

Spicy, veyr spicy, I gound it a little interestng because of it, but, I am not so sure I can cathalogue it as an Irish red Ale, it was too spicy for it. The colour is great, although not exaclty red as others, but really interesting in flavor. The Chipinque is a hill were you can walk and treck with your family.

Pours a nice dark amber to red, with a good lasting one inch tan head and an almost stubborn lacing that goes down the glass as the ale vanishes.
Smell is malty and somehow sweet.
Taste is a well balanced mix of maltiness and hops.
Mouthfeel is buttery, almost creamy with a honey-like finish.
This ale is a nice sessión drink, that I will order again some time soon.
