From the pint can, it pours a slightly hazy amber color with a nice long lasting white head. In the nose, it is somewhat sweet, with oranges and mango. In the mouth, it is nicely bitter, refreshing and has notes of citrus.

 

I was pleasantly surprised by this beer, but maybe I shouldn't have been. Picked up a 4-pack at the Costco, it's a local beer (to me) and though it doesn't have a date stamp (bad dog!) it seems to be fresh. Costco has good turnover these Coronavirus days. It's a very light yellow, almost pale straw, leaves a good lacing, and is about 80% transparent, unlike the President. It drank very smoothly and I'll leave it to the experts to describe its nose and its intestines and so forth. I like it though, as a tart proper IPA. I'll be buying more. It's not an overwhelming taste for something at 7.2 ABV, but it goes down nicely. Try some!
