From a can. Pour has a quickly boosted and then receding purple-to-pinkish foam head with a slightly opaque purple-to-reddish body -- a very interesting look! Smell has a bit of tartness, along with sweetness from the currant/blackberry, although not much comes across strongly on the nose. Taste, on the other hand, really matches its labeling well -- tart, blackberry, currants -- with an almost juice-like flavor coming across at times. Feel is interesting as it bounces on the tongue but quickly moves on leaving a pleasant slightly tart fruit aftertaste. An interesting offering that could please those who are less sour-favoring while still providing a glimpse into sour beers.
