From the neck of the bottle, in blue ink: "PKG ON 06/03/20C"
Appearance: The body of the beer is light gold with crystal clarity. It looks brilliant in the glass. The head is short, white, and fizzy. Very little head retention and no lacing.
Aroma: It smells of souring fruit and there is a light dough and yeast aroma; sourdough.
Taste: There is a light raspberry flavor, followed by cream of wheat.
Mouthfeel: The body feels light and slightly crisp. Mildly acidic. Finishes clean and light.
Overall: It's a miss for the style and the intent. The label states this is a "PINEAPPLE GOSE" and the neckerchief states that this is "Brewed with fresh pineapple" yet pineapple never makes an appearance. As a Gose it is nearly there but doesn't quite meet the mark in appearance or texture. As a whole it feels like an average attempt at a Gose and it isn't memorable enough for me to either drink again or recommend.

From a bottle. Has a clear pale golden color with a head that quickly fizzles away. Scent is pretty gose-y, hints of salt and the fresh pineapple are present that also match the taste exceptionally well. None of the flavors overwhelm and everything seems to work out with the salt being slightly more present than the pineapple. Feel is on the lighter side with a bit of bite to the aftertaste. All around a pretty pleasant drink that really grows on you.
