So I'm ignoring the favorable price point. Because the price point smacks down the IPA's that rate comparatively by a good 15-20%. That set entirely aside, the smooth taste and a
sweet, malty notes of this 8.6% abv IPA places it amongst IPA's that we naturally feel a bit guilty about overspending for. Yes, a beer that makes you feel fiscally responsible should not taste this good. It's a 4.25 all the way. And it's available in my refrigerator.

Served in a tulip glass from the bottle.
Appearance: Slightly hazy amber color with medium to hard bubbles on the body and an off-white orange tinted head rising
Smell: Light floral feel which dissipates pretty quickly.
Taste: I'm going to be honest it's slightly sweet but heavy strong malts. Alcohol is a touch evident, reminds me of a West coast style IPA with a shot of caramel. Mellow sweetness easy to drink with a punch at the end.
Mouth: Medium carbonation with a full body. Sticky enough to stay with you between a bite of food.
Overall: Nice pickup, might be a sleeper and incredibly priced. If you see and have a thing for any style IPA I say grab it. Better yet, grab two...it's worth it. Always in a glass, Salud!
