A: pale with a small head. Head retention isn't great.
S: citrus, grapefruit, and orange peel.
T: more grapefruit and light malt sweetness.
M: crisp and slightly bitter without being offensive.
D: excellent. Light and easy to drink. Perfect example of the style.
This was brewed by starr hill with the assistance of an amazing homebrewer. This is easily their best beer.
