750 into a snifter
L - pours deep golden with a ton of haze toward the bottom of the bottle
S - soft, fruit notes with acidity and a touch of earthy mustiness
T - Complex floral with a hint of heather and refreshing tartness - not a lot of funk
F - Fuller and rich, surprising given the abv, but I guess that is what 7 years will do!
Overall a very tasty beer - wish I didn't have to fly half way round the world to get it, otherwise I would happily snag a few more!
