Very similar to Abita Purple Hazr. Quite drinkable, best under 40c.

Pours a clear amber color. 1/3 inch head of an off-white color. Decent retention and slight lacing. Smells of raspberry, sweet malt, pale malt, and a hint of hop. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of sweet malt, pale malt, raspberry, hint of hop, and a hint of yeast. Overall, weak appearance, but decent aroma, body, and blend.

a another wonderful beer from them on a hot day goes down smooth a nice dark color good taste an enjoyable beer

Very light taste of raspberry .Great color. I can see having this beer at a brunch or early lunch. The colder the better ! If you are one who likes a hint of fruit , this might work for you, if not, no biggie with this one. I do like some of the products coming out of this brewery. This is a middle of the road beer. Wont regret trying it for sure.

Not to be confused with the Raspberry wheat ale...strong fruit flavor...enjoyable!
