Well here's a surprise... I was in Tesco on Portobello Road, London this afternoon and seeing some 660ml bottles of Sam Adams Boston Lager, and not being sure I'd had it before I bought one.
When I got home I read the small-print on the lable. The surprise to me is it's brewed 'under license, by Shepherd Neame Ltd of Faversham, ME13...'
... so much for all the verbiage on the lable suggesting it's ancient American heritage.
