Benelux's saison is a perfectly well-rounded beer. It is stonger ale that has a great blend of malt and hops and is extremely smooth to drink.
The belgian style beer is also very drinkable, in terms, that it is not a heavy beer, and drinking a full 20 oz. pint is a pleasure.
The new saison's alcohol % has been slightly raised to 7.3%, batches before ranging in the mid- 6%s. So, as this beer ages, it becomes nicer and nicer to drink.

Enjoyed at the brewpub, where the right slightly cold temperature and perfect carbonation are always in order. Funky smell. White head on yellow-grapefruit. Sour, citrus orange and cloves and corriander, which makes it sweetish.Medium mouthfeel. Not a bad one.
