On tap at Benelux in Montreal, QC.
This one pours a dark-ish orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like sharp Brett, with clove, horse, and hay, with some light hop character on the nose as well.
I expected a bit more tartness, but this is mainly just purely funky, with a sharp clovey and hay-like bite, and some funky clove character. It's not my favorite type of wild-yeast driven saison, but it's still done fairly well.
This is light bodied and quite drinkable, with a very crisp finish.
This is pretty nice little saison here - nothing crazy complex, but worth a try.
