Pours a slightly hazy darkish yellow with short-lived white head. Aroma and flavor are both bready and lightly tart with a quick acetic zing to the smell. A very pleasant twang from the bread in the flavor as well with a kind of bready overall flavor as well. Lemon tea and toast-esque. Very drinkable, light and refreshing. Nicely done.
