Great beer, one of Ale Asylums better offerings. More hop forward than I was expecting. I feel this competes with DFH Idia Brown Ale.

Full disclosure -- in general I find Ale Asylum beer really easy to drink, and brown ales on the whole to be cloying and sweet. I like this one quite a lot. Pours with not much head and unimpressive muddy color. Nose is nice -- reminds me of a croissant (not kidding) and a little brunt sugar. Mouth feel lighter than expected, fizz through to the end. Taste follows the nose, but has a bit of hop in the backbone that cuts the sweet and makes it very drinkable beer.
