It doesn't always have to be difficult. Sometimes taking it easy, riding a sponge board and enjoying the scenery as you float past the break can be exactly what you need at that moment. Brewed with Mosaic, Cascade, and Simcoe hops, Soft Top is what we feel is needed now. Aromas of fresh lemon peel and light biscuit, this West Coast-style Hoppy Ale is balanced to be comfortingly refreshing with a slight bite of wheat and hops on the finish. Pop open a can of Soft Top and enjoy the view, whatever it may be.

Poured from a 16 oz. can. Has a golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of citrus, tropical fruits. Taste is oranges, mango, guava, easy drinking. Feels medium/full bodied in the mouth and overall is an enjoyable beer.

On tap at the brewery. A classic, clean WC Pale. Super drinkable, crisp yet soft, and properly hopped. Love that Port is still churning out beers true to their style and history.

Overall this is a fantastic brew! A truly hoppy pale ale that has a medium mouthfeel and a dry finish. Lots of amazing flavors and a relatively low abv. Loads of floral and citrus fruit but well balanced with a light biscuitiness. A+!
