I decided to crack this beer open, I thought this was the OG Old Viscosity, instead of the added adjuncts. I am serving the beer in a tulip glass at 44 degrees. The pour created a creamy, half-fingered, light tan head with average retention. The quick dissipation left no lacing on the glass. The color is dark brown, nearly black charting at SRM 34, and opaque. The appearance is average.
Nosing the glass, I smell medium roasted coffee, vanilla, dark chocolate, molasses, dirt, soy sauce, Maillard, and caramel. Smelling the beer again, I smell dark roasted malts, bread, char, malty sweetness, raisins, figs, and hint of smoke.
The flavors starts with vanilla, dark roasted chocolate, coffee, molasses, roasted malts, char, and light smoke. As the flavor starts to develop with soy sauce, Maillard, caramel, malty sweetness, toffee, bread, raisins, and earthiness.
The body is medium-plus and has medium carbonation. The mouthfeel is chewy and thick finishing dry.
The beer has a lot of roasted notes and the vanilla lingers longer than expected. The beer is average, I was expecting more, I was wanting more harmony and balance.

Appearance - dark mahogany body with tan head
Smell - milk chocolate, coffee, fudge, vanilla
Taste - dark chocolate, coffee, vanilla
Mouthfeel - medium bodied, medium carbonation, coffee forward, chocolate and vanilla linger on the back end
Overall - would like to have seen more balance on this one, as the coffee dominates, but having said that, it's a decent imperial stout. Worth a try

A - Pitch black pour with dense, frothy toffee colored lacing and head.
S - Dark roasted chocolate and coffee dominate the nose with a nice roasty aroma.
T - Coffee bean, dark chocolate roast, moderate roasty bitterness on the backside that lingers with some alcohol presence. Leaves a light coffee residue on the palate that blends well with the chocolate roast.
M - Big body that's silky soft, lip smacking sticky on the lips, and a somewhat wet finish.
O - Really enjoying this beer and worth a try.
